Fourth Month of Weight Loss - hopefully
Not even thinking about eating any less at any meal this month. Seems to have been a whirlwind. Am hoping the lower weight of 76.6 is one that will 'stick' and not just a yo-yo. Feel as if I am right back to the beginning and didn't achieve the goal of getting down to the 75.5 that has been my lowest. Started to wonder if I ought to commit myself to walking with a friend who has just moved into the neighbourhood (6 blocks away). The thought was good while it lasted!
Na ja, I will turn my mind to this goal again this month and see what happens.

So at the end of this round, I am 76.6. I can't quite see those hollows at the tops of my thighs as when I managed to get down to the 75.5, but a pair of my trousers seem to be longer by the sheer fact that they slip down off my waist a bit more.
Am encouraged that when I was trying clothes on that I can now get into a size smaller as long as it has a bit of 'ease' in the material.
