I was a lucky gal tonight.  Tuesdays are our date night, and DH wanted to treat me to a 'spa'.

He polished my finger nails, and gave them two coats of paint; and whilst waiting for that to dry, massaged my feet and calves.  [I didn't realise how sore I was until he worked on the back of those calves - ouch !]

Unfortunately the bathroom was in a bit of a state (we are still renovating the laundry and toilet) so instead of running me a bath to soak in, after that, we retired for the night.

So glad that we can make time for each other, even if only one evening per week.

Must have a look at the Date Night ideas I compiled again, and put my order in for next time ;) !
